Product issues
This is the second time I’ve purchased this product and experienced issues. The first time, the wheels melted after just one year of use. Now, after only a month, the internal light broke and the product stopped working despite being used just 3 to 4 times for no more than an hour each time.

Value for money! I have a thermometer special for the oven, after serval tests in two months, I found the temperature is exactly correct!

Good but unsatisfactory for the brand
I purchased as Kenwood is a trustworthy brand. However I am struggling with the oven maintaining temperature above 190 degrees Celsius. As the product is under warranty , I got the oven replaced and am facing the same issue with the replacement oven as well.
