I chose this brand because of my positive past experiences with it. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. The product stopped working after just three uses, and I’ve spent over a month trying to fix the issue. Every time I contacted the customer service team, they simply sent me a link to the US website to request service — even though I live in the UAE and bought the product in Dubai. Obviously, I can't use the US service, and it feels like they are just trying to waste time and avoid solving the problem. Extremely frustrating experience!

Despite being quite loud, mine did a good job with a variety of settings for coarseness. After about weekly usage it broke after about 4 years

Ok-ish grinder for beginner. Worked well for mocha pot coffee. I switched to proper espresso machine (EC885). The machine couldn’t produce the grind I wanted. Not for espresso. Later I found a way to modify the device. Pretty easy to do. Have to open the grinder. Now the device grinds super fine and have to make is more coarser. Have to see how it goes now. Been using it for more than 2 years.
