It’s very gentle and leaves my face soft and smooth. It’s effective at removing make up. If you’re not familiar with oil cleansers, don’t expect it to lather. That’s not how they work. You can do a second cleanse with a foaming or a gel cleanser but I don’t find it necessary. It’s better to massage it onto your skin for a couple minutes for the full effectiveness, especially if you’re removing sunscreen and/or make up. I massage it for a minute, leave it on, do something else and then massage it for another minute before finally washing it off. The main ingredient is olive oil but since it also has an emulsifier, you can wash it off with just water.

I LOVE IT.....i put make up daily, and this oil its amasing....put 2 or 3 pump on dry hand and apply it onto your face,same as washing ur face....then rinse it with water.....excellent!
