After 1 hour usage started behaving wierd. Turning on/off on its own, changing levels, timer buzzing constantly. Raised for replacement let's see how the replacement device works.Got the replacement, this works well. I use a room heater so at times I become dry and irritative while sleeping. This humidifier come in handy and maintains room humidity. Yah even at low level mist is very high so keep it at a distance away from bed at it gets bit chilling due to mist. I like this product. Advice to manufacture, please do through quality check, as my first product got faulty within a day. Also touch function should be placed in better position.

After a couple of mths of use I can write a proper review. First thing is as long as the humidifier is working it is good. The problem is that the inlet rubber valve malfunctions almost everyday, so you have to dip your hand into the water lift the valve and then it would work again for a couple of hrs. 2nd the controls are too finicky for a product as simple as a humidifier. 3rd it won't start automatically after an electric outage. Lastly after cleaning it a mth ago I tried restarting it again today, ofcourse the red signal came on which I have figured is because water is not flowing down iloit of the storage tank, tried lifting the valve and the bottom tank started spilling water all over the place.. overall would not recommend this product at all.. it's still in warranty, will write an update with my experience with their customer sales

Packaging: Good enough. Thermacol on top/bottom, not protection from the sides.Day 1: No sound at all, works flawlessly. Using Aroma oil with it is easy but have to handle oil tray carefully, it's small. You can smell fragrance coming out the moment you turn it on.Update 9 months:Had stopped using it after about 2 months initially. Using again from a month and it's working perfectly well.Remember to not put anything else inside the container except water. I mixed essential oil with water, and now the container's bottom is ruined. Still, it's working. Using with AC as I get dry eyes but this helps.⬇️ Mark if this was helpful to you

It does what it says... Great humidifier for living room, bedroom. I am sinus patient and Bangalore weather makes it worse. But this humidifier comes to my rescue. I am having great sleep at night and that reflects in energy throughout the day. It's not a purchase but an investment

I bought 1 this unit and one Agaro for the almost same price. I found this one more premium and has more fetaures like to refill the Agaro device I need to take out the top Canister and fill water from the bottom. But with this deviece you can fill from the top. Super easy. Also the Agaro device acumulates a lot of water on the top tray. Agaro has only one function On/Off knob but this device has inbuilt light, Touch Panel, and Timer too, you can set the time to switch off.
