I have a few Mogami cables and they're a fantastic product. Great quality materials and build.

I'd read about cables often being the weak link in an otherwise quality signal chain. Eventually my research compelled me to try a high quality cable for DI guitar recording and I was surprised to find that I had to adjust my gain staging as a result. Bottom line, I am no longer skeptical about the cable thing, it's simply a fact. I get stronger and clearer responses from all of my equipment through properly shielded and constructed cables and jacks. In that regard, the Mogami Platinum models are on the verge of overkill so I only use them in certain cases and opt for their Gold series cousins in most cases. Your signal chain is only as good it's weakest link ...

I was already very happy upgrading from the free cable of my amp to a professional fender cable, this felt again the same upgrade level when I tried this cable, much richer tone with clarity. Got it with the intention of recording, you may not need this cable for just daily jamming, of course once you get it, it is all you want to use…

Didn’t think an instrument cable would make such a big difference. I’ve used lots of big name cables in the past but these are something else all together. I’ve used gold and platinum plus from other companies but none made a difference in tone like the mogami. I’ve since upgraded all my instrument, patch and speaker cables to mogami gold and platinum. Couldn’t be happier.

Will not easily break.
