Oh my, this duvet is gorgeous! So here’s the honest review. I’ve been searching and obsessing for a nice duvet cover for months, and everyone I liked was hundreds of dollars. The cheap ones were boring and cheap looking. I’ve researched duvet covers extensively...scoured the internet...went to TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Tuesday Morning and searched for a deal...went back to the store to return. You know the drill. Let me save you time and precious money; this duvet is it! It’s super soft and light so you won’t sweat while you slumber. It has a beautiful subtle sheen to it. The print is relaxing, and the colors are subtle. If you’re looking for a zen experience in your bedroom, you’ve found the duvet for you. Peace xoxo

This cover is exactly what I wanted. I expected the color to be a little lighter from reading the reviews, but don't think it is too far off. When it's under bright light, it is lighter, but when it's in low light it looks darker. And it has a nice sheen to it. Its not as soft as I expected, but I think that will change after I wash it. All in all I am extremely happy.

I purchased the King size Dark Mist (the birds!) set for my Queen mattress- I wanted the duvet to fold over the sides of the bed. I absolutely LOVE this bedding set!! Not only did it come in a cute, matching tote, but the cover and shams are high quality, with great stitching! The fabric is soft and silky, vibrant in color, and the exact type of bedding that makes me never want to get up in the morning :p I didn't realize the shams were larger than the average-sized pillows, so they aren't currently completely filled. I also purchased the pillow cover in primerose yellow to match the bed set - I can proved the link if anyone wants it. BUY THIS BEDDING - YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.(our floors are being redone - please disregard their ugliness)

I love this duvet set!!! Very soft and the blue makes a great unisex cover it does have a slight sheen to it however like Egyptian cotton not like satin that is shown:) it’s a large king! However was harder to insert due to the buttons not going all the way to the end. happy with my purchase!

I very much love this design and the quality is not something I can comment on until I've owned it for AT LEAST a year. The duvets are fairly easily to get a comforter into and I've washed them a couple times and so far no issues on that front.If you were like me fell for the color and design for this while shopping then you'll have one disappointment when you receive the product: the color. Before purchasing, I mostly decided on this product for the color (the dark rusty teal) as it would go very well with the color scheme in my room and my shiny brown/gold top sheets like in the photo. However, what the actual color of the sheets are is a light shimmery blue rather what is pictured. In fact, I would have assumed they sent me the wrong color all-together had there been any other color option for the duvet set. I liked the design so much that I tried it out and it has grown on me but I still would have preferred the pictured color.I'll be uploading photos as soon as I can.

Love this set. It's a modern take on what I was trying to avoid - that old "traditional tropical" look.I paired this with a West Elm subtly textured/striped all white duvet that marries with this duvet's black palm stripes and it ties together beautifully. This duvet sits folded across the bottom of the bed (and pillow cases behind other white pillows) contrasting the crisp white to make if visually stunning.The sateen texture of this set provides a nice layer of modern against my white duvet. If you're looking for a modern look that doesn't make your bedroom feel too traditional, this can provide it for you. The cotton sateen weave is silky-like, and it's a great light cover when needed - and feels luscious against your skin! I haven't put an insert in this duvet, as it lays on top, at the foot of my bed.I use a lot of CB2 and West Elm decor and I was actually relieved to discover this was a welcomed addition to my home as it fit in with the quality these other vendors carry. -- And the price for this was an absolute steal. Nowhere can you get a King Duvet and cases for this price, at least not in the places I normally shop....I'm pleased with the quality of this product, and amazed by the price. If you're clear on your design needs, you won't be disappointed.

I have had this "Modern Vintage Retro Mod " print for about 6 weeks now and I adore it. I wanted a dark print and I love the tropical Asian feel, not totally sure what the fruit is but my husband and I are guessing they are kumquats. The pictures are true to color, the black is like a very deep charcoal, this Egyptian cotton is wonderfully soft and easy to wash. I have no problem slipping it over my duvet but I usually have my daughter or husband help. I will most likely purchase another print for my guest bed. I LOVE snuggling up to it and I miss it when I'm not there!

The Eikei Modern Vintage Retro Print Duvet has considerable value especially in comparison to consumer stores selling the same modern design bedding - double to triple the cost. First, price was excellent. Second, the quality: softer with each wash, the sizing accurate (Eastern King), stitching (patterns align from side to side), and the finishing details: the button enclosure along with corner tabs to hold the ends of the comforter all met or exceeded expectations. The only reason it is not illiciting 5 stars is for the color - which was the main reason it was finally selected. The image of the bedding in the master photo appears to have more of a sheen, and a richer hue. The one received was more subtle than that shade of blue and does not have the lustre that the lighting seems to highlight in the photos. Not a deal breaker as mentioned above, and the color did not need to be a near perfect match. The duvet and shams come in a cute little tote made from the same material/pattern - which was a nice bonus.
