Q: How long do you microwave this for and at what temp (high/medium/low)?

i take jel pack out of the shoulder enclosure if you read instruction it says for 3to 3.5 mins i use high and turn half way thro to make it fairly even and then return to enclosure watch you hands as it is very hot. it says not to do it in the enclosure there are velcro strips on it. hope this helps

Q: How long does it stay warm after heating in microwave?

15 to 20 minutes. Ensure you take the sleeve off before putting in microwave and turn it over to ensure heated throughout I find it very good

Never actually timed it because it works so well. And of course "good warm heat" means different things to different people. But probably 15 to 30 minutes.
