This is an easy, simple-to-use product that has made pumping water much easier for me. When using it, DO NOT take out the plastic cover from the neck of the bottle, or else this pump will not fit perfectly. You have to instead puncture a hole on the top of the plastic lid (easily done with a butter knife) and slide the thin plastic tube in. That’s it, you’re set!I’ve charged this device once to max capacity and it has worked well without the need to recharge almost a month later. Taking out the tubing is going to be a minor inconvenience, since the tiny, hole you inserted the tubing through will make it slightly difficult to take out the pipe, but with regular practice I’m sure you’ll get better at it.The tube goes all the way to the bottom of the big water bottle I use and absolutely pumps water to the very last drop. So you don’t have to pour out the little that your current machine cannot manage, or waste that tiny bit that you can’t access. This pump makes sure you get every last drop.The material is durable and the construction is sturdy.Highly recommended for the price that you’re paying for it.

Ok so lots of mixed reviews here so let me point few things out. Doesnt look like the photo but real item looks just fine. Stopped working after first charge but then I kept it charging whole night and it worked and been working for the past 4 months now. Water flow is amazing and would fill ur water glass relatively fast. When its operating the sound it makes more on the loud side.The annoying part is that plastic tip at the end of the hose which u need to insert to your water bottle. I mean inserting it is not an issue but to remove it u will need to remove the bottle cap ( which is painful) and then pull the hose down the cap. That plastic tip makes it impossible to pull the hose up the normal way. Overall and for the price u pay this item will do the job.

I got this product long back and it still works really well! It is way more efficient than a water dispenser surprisingly and very easy to use. Charging does take a while (do it at night) but then again it works for a long time. This is worth the buy.

Well where to start? The delivery of the item was as expected good and fast. but that is all positive to say about that pump.First negative impression is that you have to connect a silicon hose onto the dispenser and try then with that silicon hose to punch through the plastic lid of the bottle. So I took a knife and made a hole into the lid and then fumbled the silicon hose through that.Of course, I had my doubts right from the beginning when I saw that thin hose. And I should be right. It serves the purpose. The machine is bit noisy. Not very powerful when compared to the one I bought from carrefour last time. As the output is low, it takes se time to fill up the bottle. Its very handy, mobile and easy to use.

This is one of the best item i bought from amazon. Cheap and working perfect. If you would consume 1 bottle of 5gal a week then it should take about 3months before u need to recharge the dispenser. Only down side is its a little bit noisy when in use but it doesn't bother. Easy to use and works great!

I bought this product with a double mind and yet after one weeks usage it is working pretty well.Material looks exactly as mentioned in the product description and the pack comes with a water dispenser, charger cable(only cable no adapter) , and a thin hose connect to dispenser and drop in water.Installation method is mentioned in the small catalog coming with the product and it is very easy to install also, initially i charged the unit for like 4 hours before using, charging indication light is available on the top and after one time charging i have been using it for a week now, not sure whether any low battery indication will be shown or how to know when the battery is low, will have to wait see.After charging and pretty easy installation the usage was smooth and it pumps in water in a descent flow level.Make sure the hose your dropping inside the water can is of proper length, if it is touching the bottom just cut a small portion from top and make sure it is freely lying down for smooth flow of water.The only issue which i felt is with the sound of the dispenser, it is pretty noisy when operating, but manageble..!!

Cool product, the battery life is pretty good, it’s been 3 weeks and still going strong, don’t like the LED could have been better indication, but that’s just secondary! Make a bit of sound but that’s just the motor.Over all you get a decent product for the money you pay! Go for it

Item purchased as described however it will not pump as the inner battery is dead. So complete waste straight to the bin. Avoid!
