Great for grip strength training
I swear by this. Best grip I’ve used. It is very strong so be careful about pole burn.

Came as scheduled and was exactly what I ordered.

It’s works I’m 267 but left residue
I am 267 and it hold be however it does leave a lot of residue. But apply with your whole hand and let it sit for 2 minutes before touching the pole.
