I’ve noticed better joint comfort, skin, and overall wellness. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged my package, which was disappointing. Still, I highly recommend this collagen for its quality and effectiveness.

Dissolve completely in warm water. It is good with coffee but slightly changes the taste hence I prefer to have it with warm water. As to the results, I believe it is still early to tell..
