Lots of protein, less sugar than real milk, and better tasting too in my opinion! Peet’s Coffee has an option for Barista Ripple Milk in their drinks and it got me hooked on this stuff. Decent amount for the price, I did get a few dollars off for Black Friday too.

A healthy, delicious and much better for the environment vegan option than some milks. I use it for baking, on my cereal, protein drinks, everything. Definitely give this milk a try!

My son loves Ripple milk, and honestly, I’m thankful it exists. He’s allergic to dairy, so this brand has been a real lifesaver for us. However, he seems to strongly prefer the regular refrigerated version over this shelf-stable one. I’m not sure if it was coincidence or causation, but he did throw up a couple of times after drinking this. He also had it once before with no issues, so it’s hard to say. I might be a little harsh giving this 3 stars, especially since the refrigerated version is an easy 5 stars for us.

This tastes decently close to actual milk, and is high in protein. Even consummate milk drinkers did use this for cereal and enjoyed it. It is priced right around any other alternatives, and the thin cartons fit nicely in a crowded fridge
