This works as a great caffeine substitute
I followed the instructions on how to prepare from youtube. The taste takes a bit of getting used to but the effects are great. you stay alert and focused. There is no side effects. Unlike coffee there is no caffeine jitters afterwards. Its a great way to start your day.

Incredible yerba!!
I am Argentinean and I can honestly say this is the best yerba mate I have come across. The flavor is smooth, not too bitter and not too strong which is exactly what I am looking for. It is unsmoked so it is a lot healthier for you, plus it is organic! It’s hard to find a yerba like this especially for the great price. I highly recommend this yerba for anyone trying mate out of the first time, or if you enjoy a smooth flavor! Plus the energy it gives me is like no other!

Health benefits sound amazing
Health benefits on package sound great. Let's hope they work. Smells like tea in Chinese restaurant. Tastes fine, I think all teas taste kind of the same except apple or lemon. I purchased to try and improve health and mood/attitude. I feel better after a month. Also am drinking kombucha green tea

Tastes like a whole lot of nothing grass
The less concentration of caffeine was nice but the taste was highly underwhelming which is a preference thing I guess. I don’t know how you can like it.
