GoSports LED Light Up Sports Cones (6 Pack), 9 Inch

These are so neat and add so much versatility to games - especially Halloween themed. I love the size of these as they are small, but not too small. The illumination of the light is plenty bright enough to add a little visibility to a space without being too bright to defeat the purpose of a game that is set in a darker environment. These come with batteries already installed - simply remove the top of the cone and pull out the protective paper to allow these to work. Once the lid is screwed back into place, simply press on the top of the cap once for a constant light, twice for a flicker (which makes for a great "fire pit"), and a third time to turn back off. The button is harder to press than described, but I have found that if I turn these on and off while they are on the ground rather than trying to illuminate them while holding, it seems a little easier. After using for a full day in a playful environment, these held up well, even after being knocked over. The press in lid button did not get easier, but that's okay.I absolutely love these cones and what additionally fun they bring to playful environments. I will soon be placing a second order.

We used these for outside games in the evening for our IMPACT Youth program at church and the worked out perfectly! Great addition to our outside evening game time!!

These were perfect to light up the soccer field during fall nights when it gets dark early! Great size, easy to carry to and from the field. My kids also love to build forts and use these to light them up. Lots of uses...not just outdoors. Appreciate that they come with extra batteries. Highly recommend!

So there is a design flaw in these that results in the batteries draining fast, and also turning off when jostled. The issue is that the metal frame which hold the batteries, also shorts them out. If you take a volt-meter to the batteries, you'll notice that the top battery dies extremely fast (will be dead on arrival). The top battery is the one shorting out, so the bottom battery is the only one providing power.I've seen other reviews that say to bend the metal sides in to make contact with the batteries. DO NOT DO THIS. This is actually what is causing the short. It works because once the top battery is dead, you have to short it out to bypass that battery.Fortunately the fix for this is extremely easy. Take some nail polish, and paint the inside sides of the 3 metal pieces (see indicated spots in picture). Don't paint the top big flat piece. The paint will prevent the short. You can use tape too. Whatever is easiest for you.Note that after doing this, you'll need to make sure you replace that dead top battery. Otherwise it'll be extremely dim.

We love our cones! We use them as tee markers for our glow disc golf events. Popped some black numbers on the side and now we have lit up tee markers! We have 36 and haven’t had any major issues with any of them.

These are nice and bright. Sturdy cones. I have purchased several sets to use to play ultimate frisbee at night. Love that we can set the goal cones to blink to set them apart from the out of bounds cones. Some of the cones have been in use for almost a year now and still going strong. (Like anything else that requires batteries, they definitely do not care for water.) A few have stopped working, but I'll try some of the suggestions and see if I can revive them. The company was really quick to respond to replace the cones where the mechanism itself stopped working. They really do have great customer service.

The media could not be loaded. We are very happy with that purchase.It lights up standard or can blink.Extra batteries are included as well.They seem to be very sturdy and won't be blown away easy while our motorcycle training outside

5 stars!! These are great. We purchased them for a racecar themed party. We read one review where the person stated there was an issue with the battery draining and they explained how to fix it. We were fully expecting to have to coat the battery housing as they described but to our surprise the company addressed the issue and ours were coated!They are bright, fun, and the kids had a blast with them! Best of all they are decorations we didn't have to toss. Our kids have already used them for several games. We highly recommend!Edit: We used these exclusively indoors. We finally got a moatly nice spring day. They were outside for about 6 hours on a cloudy day and faded considerably. They had no problem with the intermittent rain showers but they look awful now. Not vibrant at all. The super faded one was stacked on the top. It got about 2 hours more sun than the rest.

We bought these to host a nighttime soccer game for an elementary school grad party. They were a hit and held up great to 50, 11 year olds kicking a soccer ball at them. They’re a rigid plastic and have holes in each corner at the base. I thought about staking them in place but we moved them a few times so that wouldn’t work for our situation. It would be an option for future use though.
