I am very happy with this product. It is very soluble and tastes great...very easy to take/swallow. I have more energy. That's alot said for a person that has fibromyalgia. After researching, I found that electrolytes-enzymes-amino acids-proteins-carbohydrates are the keys to a healthy body inside and out. Tastes pretty good and is better than plain ascorbic acid for mega dosing, I don't get intestinal side effects.
