Shan Zafrani Garam Masala, 1.76 Oz 50 G, 2 Pack - Saffron, Powder

I experimented with several masalas to get the black-colored gravy you find at some dhabas and marriage feasts. This one does just that. I add two heaping spoons of this and a small spoon of Everest's chicken masala to get a delicious chicken dish. Make sure you fry your onions till dark brown before adding the chicken, if you want black gravy.

Product is excellent....it gives restaurant like aroma to your food good packaging only delivery charges are high...it should be free delivery.

below par . doesnt seem authentic going by claim of zaffrani. bad in taste or flavour.sorry, but this is as honest as one could get for a review. and especially going by the price shown here its something you could totally skip.local masalas are on much better level. this doesnt even taste authentic but i felt like its chemically flavoured. have got two packets will somehow finish it because already spent on it otherwise would not even use it again. had high expectations since i felt it would be exotic in terms of typical northern flavours as its a pakistani product but disappointed. its nowhere representative of that but more chemical flavour tones. Sorry seems harsh but sometimes you just got to be honest somewhere !
