I don’t “feel” any different from these. Nothing good and nothing bad. However, when I’ve skipped a few to test if I need to continue them, I notice a sluggishness.

I started taking this CoQ10 with PQQ because I wanted a straightforward way to support heart health and everyday energy. Lately I noticed a bit more fatigue after work and I wanted something gentle that wouldn't crash later in the day. I take one softgel with breakfast, and over a few weeks I felt steadier energy through the morning and into the afternoon. The ubiquinol form is supposed to be more easily absorbed, and I appreciate that the formula includes PQQ and a touch of shilajit. What stood out is how easy it is to swallow and how calm the effect is. It’s gluten free and non-GMO, and the focus on absorption seems to work because I haven’t had stomach upset and there’s no jitters after taking it. One small note is that the capsules are a bit larger than some pills I take, so I make sure to take them with water at a meal. Overall this has become a dependable part of my daily routine, and I’d call it a solid five star addition to my health plan.

I generally avoid subscribing to supplements because I'm constantly changing up my routine. But this is one of the few I have a regular subscription to. The combination of coq10, pqq, Shilajit and others really seem to make a difference for my system. Specifically, CoQ10 has a lot of research supporting its impact on gum health. I'm not proud of this but I went several years without having a professional teeth cleaning (for a variety of reasons). But I have been taking this regularly for years and when I went to the dentist a few months ago, I had no obvious signs of gingivitis or other gum issues. In the past, if I didn't have my teeth cleaned every 6 months, I would get all kinds of build up and gum inflammation. My gums would bleed when I brushed my teeth, and then I would end up having to have a dental planing (not fun). But since I started taking this, my gums remain healthy. And gum health has been correlated with heart health in some significant studies. My dentist couldn't believe how long it had been since I've had a cleaning based on the health of my gums. Obviously each of us responds differently to supplements but this one is a non-negotiable in my supplement routine.

Used to take that in Princeton Nutrients label but this is better dosage...
