It great
Great taste, easy to use, smells just like cinnamon! But a little goes a long way! It concentrated, but if you love cinnamon you will love this! It's great in chai! Or hit chocolate too!

The Flavor is Fabulous!
The flavor is fabulous! When I make a cup of tea with it I like mine a little stronger so I use 4 drops instead of 2 in a 12 oz. cup. Do not boil the water! You don't want to kill off the healing properties of the lemongrass and ginger.

Strong, pleasant aroma
This product is an amazing additive to my hot tea (Shoutout to all my Persian tea drinkers out there!) I have also used it in cooking and baking. What I love about it is the strong aroma that is extremely pleasant. A couple of dops go a long way. I now have a monthly subscription for it, and I'm loving it!

Very Stong!
This concentrate is very strong! One drop is too much for a cup of coffee (I was combining oat milk, sweeter of either simple syrup or honey, and one drop of this). I have found that putting 1-2 drops in a container that includes the oat milk for my coffee for the next 3-4 days is best. It would be nice to not need a separate container, but I was glad I could find a solution. Another solution I found is using flavored creamer that cardamom would taste good in and directly adding drops (be sure to shake the carton after adding them!) I did this with flavored oat milk creamer (the brown sugar oat milk creamer from TJs). 3-4 drops is what I prefer per pint but I would recommend starting with 1-2 and adding as you figure out how strong you like the cardamom. Also, regarding the flavor of this cardamom, there is a distinct aftertaste and it is not as good as using "actual" cardamom. However, it is a great alternative for drinks and such, just not a perfect substitution. I also am planning to bake with it soon and am excited to see how the flavor profile compares to when I've used "true" cardamom.

Very minty!
It was very perminty! Be careful. Only use a little at a time. Can be bitter.

BASIL: Thick, Goopy, & Tastes Like Black Licorice
I'm not really sure what this actually even is, or if it's even edible. It is a thick, black, goopy and sticky mess of a product that barely draws up into the dropper and oozes over the lip of the bottle as soon as you open it. If I didn't smell or taste it I'd think it was an oil spill in a tiny bottle! Not sure why I tasted it to be honest because everything about it is extremely off-putting. It smells and tastes exactly like very potent anise or black licorice, which is not exactly what you're aiming for when purchasing basil extract. My product's packaging was damaged due to poor packing/handling by Amazon, but that didn't make this item unpalatable and just plain gross. I wanted basil extract mostly for gin cocktails, so I just reverted to the tried and true method... muddle or blend it from fresh leaves. Don't buy this hoping for a shortcut, just eww.

Lives upto it's quality ! Very well made.
I consider myself a chai connoisseur. I have tried so many ways to replicate the flavors I have tried , some at a friend's , some from a street vendor in India. It's been a life long enthusiastic pursuit. So when I make chai, I always use whole spices, mortar pestle. I was skeptic to try this. And i decided to buy this just because it got cumbersome making spice packets and carrying to work or having to pound or grate spices when guests are there (well it does give the vibe of authenticity when a guest seems to notice you are taking pains to make them a delicious cup. This product loves up to it's quality and name to a "T" , pun- intended. I bought the Hyderabad kadhak and lemongrass, I tried the Hyderabad kadhak. And what a difference it makes to the chai and I just had to boil tea bag and milk. Usually I have all sorts of spices in the tea water but this time I just had to remove the tea bag. Thank you for making this product, it's so compact, I can take it with me to work. I read the manufacturing location and was filled with glee seeing it's from my home state in India :)

So easy to use! No pods to peel. No seeds to grind!
Do your own research to find all the benefits of cardamom. One drop in your coffee gives nice flavor. Add it to your yeast breads, your chai, and your curries.
