Q: How many ounces does each cube hold?

Each square: 3/4 liquid ounce. Entire tray: 18 liquid ounces. (Measured with water.) 24 squares @ 3/4 liquid ounce each = 18 liquid ounces per tray.

Q: What are the L x W x H of the squares?

The length and width are the same as it's a square. So L and W are 3.7 cms each and H is 1.7 cm or in inches L and W are 1.5 inch each and H is 0.22 inch. I hope this helps.

Q: How much liquid does each compartment hold? 1oz, 1.5oz or 2oz?

I bought this to freeze my cancer cure soups. I'm not able to each much but these hold a Tablespoon with a bit at the top for expansion. I tried with water first, 2T won't fit so I went with one and they are in the freezer now. I'll bag them, freeze more and take out as I can eat it. I got this because it looked easier than a plastic ice tray.

Q: Has anyone tried making jello squares with these?

Hi, This pan is silicone. The cavities are flexible and the jello squares should come out easily. I use this for brownies myself.
