What is the distance between the slats?

The slat spacing for the one I just received is 3 1/4 inches apart. I purchased the king sized regular one. I bought it because I thought the spacing was going to be under 3 inches...

Without a center support how much can this hold?

I don’t think it will work without a center support.

Is the height for the regular and heavy duty board still 0.75 inches?

I don't know Amber. I only bought the heavy duty which is .75. The product description is poor as it doesn't explain the difference. I just took my chances and am happy. Good luck..

Well this work on an adjustable bed?

What do you mean by an adjustable bed? This is a good product. I have it on top of 3 slat supports which enhance its performance. I bought the size which adjusts up to 14 inches from the floor.
