This product is so awesome.as far to my experience its really good and healthy.genuine product can say.i read many reviews n majority i think is just invalid reasons.dnt believe to such bad reviews.as i have used this chia seeds it has really helped me in digestion n weight loss....peopl nowadays r trying harder to reduce weight so i can say this chia seeds is a best n better option to such peopl who want to lose their weight.It helps in digestion too....despite its small size these are full of nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega -3 fatty acids.and by including chia seeds in your daily diet can reduce risk of developing heaet diseases.and u can drink vt juices smoothies too .and u can mix with yogurt and oatmeal.it gives good taste.It kps stomach full n easioy u can lose weight.all u need yo do is add chia seeds into water and consume it first thing in the morning.it would b best .I recomend this chia seeds to evryone.go for it.And use it evryday n lose your weight soon.

Overall decent quality. But somewhere you can find impurities while eating. That is the bad thing about the product.

The use of chia seeds is described on the Internet quite well, but for some reason, I have not tried it until today. I ordered and did not regret it. Ordered twice in the span of two weeks. For Vegetarians an excellent replenishment of omega-3 and a lot of marginal vitamins.Pleased with the speed of delivery. You guys are great! Received with a little damage to the packet, little amount of chia seeds were leaked inside amazon packaging (came in basic amazon plastic cover packaging), might have handled carelessly while in transit or the packet itself was damaged from the beginning. But, the chia seeds seems so fresh and clean, apart from the damaged packet, chia seeds are really good. Amazon needs more concentration on packaging and quality check. This is a repetitive issue for me lately, that they stopped bothering customer's issues and kept on sending damaged/defective items.

I use it as alternative of breakfast. Soking the seed mixing equal amount of chia seed and 2 spoon of honey in warm water for 20 minutes or so and drink it. For next 4-5 hrs. you only drink water or may take some fruits. Than take midday meal after 4-5 hrs.You feel good and also loose some weight without feeling weakness so it completely takes care of your nutritional need of breakfast.

I liked the shea seeds. It is working at all. It satisfied me.First time I purchased 200 gm shea seeds and they were working. Then I purchased 1 kilogram. It's a good product.

I have tried chia seeds of different brands..But this chia seeds are really awesome no twigs in it... it's super clean..packed in a food grade aluminum foiled packing pouch...but need to improve on the packing of the product so that the product doesn't get damage in transit... overall good product strongly recommend it to buyers
