Dear Barbara, Good day. For the temp, SAYESO milk frother heats up to 60±5℃ (131℉~149℉) for milk heating, which is the optimal temperature for drinking. Over-heating will destroy milk nutrients. And this is the standard for milk frother. Dear Customer, Skimmed milk is not easy to get froth. Whole milk(milk fat>3%) makes great froth. Almond and organic milk are for best results.
