Bought product for my wife and she's really pleased with it, well built and easy to set up and effective for steaming face.

I purchased this steamer on 11th Feb 24 worked great but occassionlly cut out . I re checked water levels , cup etc to see all in place but starts to bubble then steam then cuts out . I have an extremely busy facial salon and I need reliable equipment please arrange to collect and refund asap

Steam didn’t worked properly, the flow through the pipe was so bad that I haven’t seen before. And apart of that all of the devise was steaming all together. I had to switch it off immediately as it looked like it is about to explode. Very disappointed as I had steamers before and for much less of the price and functioning properly.

I brought and put good reviews but after 2 month now it's completely stop working and I hardly use it.. I want seller to refund my money. As its not that cheap n not great 😕.. I want my money back and happy to return your steamer with box as its hardly used n not working even . Big No No No .. don't go with price 👎
