The bottle arrived very warm, almost hot. As a doctor, I decided to cool it down and give it a try since it had traveled all the way from the U.S. to Dubai. However, after using it for some time, itโs clear that itโs not effective. The high temperature likely damaged the enzymes.

The product title states tablet.The product picture and product description states capsule (preferred)Ordered 2 times, first order received capsules, easy to swallow, no horrible taste, and seemed to stay down and dissolve with no issue.2nd order placed I received tablets which taste horrible and seem to get stuck or linger somewhere along my trachea, I can feel the tablet long after I finish my meal.Product is non refundable, but item ordered is not the order received!
