I'm a complete happy customer 🙂
We bought this product on 20-May-2020 and until today the performance is awesome. It just does what is expected from a washing machine. Compared to other brands I've used this unit is a bit quite and powerful. One of the best suggestion from the dealer was to keep a anti-slip grip pads without fail to increase the life of the machine and I absolutely see the good results after following this instruction. In a nutshell, this is model is great and I strongly recommend to buy and elsewhere with other brands will definitely cost you more for sure.

Plenty of substance - with a bit of style
Number one importance for a washing machine is for it to do it's job well over time. Not to look pretty or be stylish. It's well made and a good size and based on my research with a 10 year guarantee... what's not to like for the price.

Very reliable & cleans well
Been using its former model for over 8 years without any issues whatsoever. So ordered this without a second thought and i am not disappointed. Spinning speed has been increased to 1200 RPM in this model versus the 1000 that the previous model had. All the dedicated buttons have been swapped with touch sensitive buttons, which personally, i do not prefer.Quality is as good as you would expect from LG. Overall, i would buy it a third time if needed, its a no brainer for me.

Excellent product- Bad installation
Excellent product. But installation by INDUS arranged by Amazon was horrible. They were arrogant and unprofessional. Wanted plumber service for a small connection to be fitted. Got installation canceled and fitted product myself

5 stars for sure, excellent service for both the delivery and the installation. We received the washing machine on time and the installation service was outstanding.

Got problem within 2 years of purchase
The drum started to make a sound while spinning within 2 years of purchase & when I called LG support they asked to replace some parts which would cost 70% of the new machine's value. Really a bad experience from such a reputed brand.
