Best salt I could find!
It’s a really nice salt and has a nice grainy salty texture on food and drinks! I really liked it and the fact that it’s a sea salt with the lowest heavy metals! However it was a bit smaller than I expected so I’d say for a bit of a more accurate size ;)

Maldon Salt est parfait pour agrémenter des cookies ou rajouter à la fin de cuisson juste avant de servir. les cristaux, de relativement grande taille mais plats rajoutent une texture interessant tout en salant (c'est un sel "très salé"). Ce n'est pas à utiliser en cours de cuisson, ce serait dommage.
