Buy this book if you are interested in breathwork
I came to this book after reading about the Wim Hof method of breathing (which is included in the book) and found it to be a fantastic resource for breathwork with many different approaches described and clear and simple instructions given. How anyone can give this book less than 5 stars is a mystery to me - they need to chill and breathe a bit!

Amazing book
A vast and fascinating amount of information about breathing from Dan Brule. The practices he uses are derived from his early interests and various careers including the navy as a deep sea diver and emergency first aid responder, from spiritual teachers and from every day challenges . The exercises he describes are from very simple to more complex so everyone can gain the benefits of conscious breathing. A reminder that we can all learn to use something freely given, our breath, to manage a wide range of physical and mental challenges and improve our states of well being. Thank you Dan, inspirational.

This is a very important book.
I've just finished reading 'Just Breathe' in two days and have learned a huge amount on how vital correct breathing is. I am now more aware of my breathing and when I get stressed I try to adjust it which seems to help. I am on day 3 of the 21 day challenge and am really excited to see what difference it will make to my busy mind. I've bought the book for a family member and I'm positive that he too will find it as interesting as I did.

Amazing
I had this book in my wardrobe for more than a year. I wished I'd read it straight away.I did a ton of walking and discovered that deep and regulated long breaths made a big difference. I learned that months after I started walking. When I started walking, I had ragged breaths. It wore me out. Dan Brule covers this at the start of his book, I was slapping my head, if only I'd read this book before starting my walking exercises. After reading this book, I understand far more about my breathing and how it can really help me sleep, in times of stress and how to breath when exerting myself. I've tried all the exercises in the book and other than the long breaths which I use daily, the sucking your tummy in on inhaling and then sucking in further on exhaling was a revelation and hurt my abs the next day. I hadn't expected just breathing to be a good ab exercise.

extremely poor quality paper and covers
yet to read the book but the quality of the book is probably the poorest I have come across in my many years as a Amazon customer. Covers barely thicker than the pages themselves ...Poor
