Q: What is the leg strap legnth? I saw where someone said 19” but you would have to be very skinny to have a 19” thigh...

It adjusts out to around that length at maximum in the lower plastic buckle part that fits around the thigh part to the hip near the knee that will aid in the bag fitting on your thigh correctly around the lower thigh/hamstring area. The upper one is much bigger and made to fit around the thigh part to the hip that will aid in the bag fitting on your thigh correctly around the hip/waist area.. And the lower smaller one locks it in place. I know from the the hard way of having to figure it out for myself. You have to play with it to find the right fit but once you do they fit great with minimal movement. I cycle and walk around with mine when I commute to and from work and stop to shop and what not. And I wear like a 38 size in pants to give you some idea and I wear two of these bags and wear both with ease.

If you have an EMS store local to you, they have the correct buckles that you can use to make an extension to your belt.

Q: Do all of the different colors come with a side water bottle holder?

I don't know. Mine came with a bottle holder
