These are some of the most realistic looking toy bugs I have ever seen! The attention to detail is amazing on these! I bought them to use on my son's birthday cake and I'm so excited about it. They look so real and lively, and the colors are fantastic. He will love to see these on his cake, and I'm sure will enjoy playing with them afterwards. I love how they all come packed inside the tube. Great way to store them. I noticed there are a TON of different themed sets, so I think I'll end up ordering more as they are so well made. Not the usual cheap plastic that you'd see on something like this. Great product!

I was looking for insect figurines for my son’s sensory bin when I came across these. Based on reviews and the pictures provided I felt that these would be the best options especially for the price. The bugs look realistic, they are perfect size, and you receive a lot of different insects in one tube. I was not disappointed. Even my son was a little nervous to touch at first because they looked so real.

The kids love these (two boys, one girl, ages 2-5)! They were perfect. My kids got them as stocking stuffers. They are pretty good quality (they still look new). They have enough detail that they're fun to just look at and hold. I wish the proportions to one another more more realistic, but I understand why they're all about the same size. They are the perfect size for small hands. The cockroach and fly are actually the favorites, as well as the ladybug, butterflies, and scorpion. Thanks!

My four-year-old grandson loves animals of all kinds. Today's obsession is insects thanks to a video I found elsewhere. So I needed toy insects to feed his interest. Safari toys never disappoint, so that was my first choice. This tube was wonderful because it had the majority of insects that were mentioned in the video. The animals are only a little larger than life-size as opposed to other sets where they were as large as 7 inches. Coloring is life-like. They are sturdy enough to withstand a preschoolers careful play (but probably not going to withstand someone who likes to tear things apart as the wings will come off if treated roughly). I bought these for my 2 yr old grandson who is fascinated with insects. They seem to be very durable for a toddlers rough handling and play. Most are of nice detail but some are rather plain with just a solid color and no detail. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

I likethe variety of the insects but, as shown in the picture here that I have attached, the ladybug paint color is poorly done. The dragon fly also looks so drab being just black. The size of the insects are good but overall quality needs improvement. It would be nice if it came with those mini brochures containing the insect names and facts. Still, I consider this a good buy.

I used these to decorate the top of my 3 year olds 'bug' birthday cake. I used a 9" x 13" cake pan and a round pyrex glass bowl to bake the cake. I placed the round cake on top of the rectangle cake to form a hill. I frosted the whole thing with chocolate frosting and then sprinkled crushed oreos, fudge cookes, chocolate waffers, etc., all over the top to look like dirt. I then placed these insects all over the cake. Some on top, some crawling out the side. It turned out AWESOME! These insects were the perfect size and realistic looking.

These bugs are fantstic! Bright colors, vivid details. They look just like I wanted them to. The toob is a little flimsy, as some have mentioned, but they probably won't be stored there long. The bugs are realistic and seem durable. I did notice a slight chemically smell, but most plastic/rubber toys have a little bit of this. I didn't find it overwhelming. I would definitely recommend!
