Photo album is great, easy to use, condition of clear plastic protector is in poor condition. I bought this for my infants first year so I’m disappointed that it’s already beat up and needs a lot of life yet. Box was in excellent condition upon arrival so I expect that they shipped it out like this not caring.

I love these albums. I now own 31 of them with 2 more on the way. I love that I can write a memo and date next to the picture. I love that they hold so many pictures. I also love that when put on a shelf, the bindings make it look like a collection of books. When I have pictures to put in that are vertical instead of horizontal I can still slip them under the plastic covering and they don't fall out. The only other thing I do is when I have 5 x 7's, I do have to tear the plastic covering away from the page to fit the picture but that's okay. My pictures are all contained in beautiful albums to hand down to my children after I'm gone. I am using 1 for the Godparents of my most recent baby and am filling it with pictures from her Baptism and scrapbooking the front so it's just another option and with so many pages, they can add pictures to it as time goes on to treasure their Godchild.

I have been buying this photo albums for years and I have not been able to find them in the store so I am so glad that Amazon carries them. All of my albums are at least 25 years old. They are built to last and you can write captions next to the pictures-excellent values your money.

bi-directional albums give me the opportunity to put in my pics either vertically or horizontally. the binding is good and the pages turn easily. i have about 30 of these so i know these albmus well. it is difficult to find white ones anymore in local stores that used to sell them. they run the same price on the net as they do in local stores. they hold 300 pics unless you display them vertically, then it is 2 to a page instead of 3. i have never experienced any discoloration to the pictures from storing them in this album. the other colors that are nice are the wine/maroon and navy. There is a cheaper vesion that looks exactally the same, but it is not this ablum. it is poorly made, turns with difficulty and is not bi-directional,but it's difficult to distinguish from the other by the outside. the one you want is # BDP 35. enjoy!
