Cable-Locked Mountain Bikes General-Purpose Key

I bought this in December and have only used it 3 or 4 times. The last time the lock part came out of the casing so I could not unlock my bike. I eventually had to get someone to cut my bike free - very poor product!

Such a bad quality product!
