it is really good and useful. It has little bad taste, but it is ok, as long as it works. The thing is that it doesn't last long, it needs to be re-applied every few months, but it is still cheaper and easier than visiting doctors.

I've tried other whitening strips in the past, but either they kept sliding around or my gums were wailing for assistance. However, these? Loyalty locked in, sis! You won't have to deal with uncomfortable readjusting or worrying about them slipping off while you're multitasking because the no-slip design is real. They can do their thing while I put them on, take care of my business, and have my tea (well, after I take them off, lol). The best aspect, though, is that there is NO sensitivity. Not a single tingle. I was a little anxious because my teeth can be a bit sensitive, but these were really soft and safe for enamel. After only the first application, I could already tell a difference, and a few days later, my grin was notably brighter without that phony, excessively bleached appearance. Just white teeth that are healthy, natural, and clean. Another pleasant little bonus is the mint flavor, which is light without being overbearing. Additionally, the kit has 28 strips, making it ideal for maintaining the glow anytime I feel like my smile needs a little boost (particularly before events or pictures). An amazing product. It's super effective, causes me no sensitivity, is easy to use, and isn't uncomfortable when wearing. It also doesn't leave that gloopy residue after you remove the strip. Overall, it's a terrific product.

These strips are really good. I have used Crest whitening strips along with several generic store brands (Walmart, Rite Aid, etc) in the past and I have to say that these work just as well if not better than those other strips. The price is really great and what makes it stand out from Crest. As others have mentioned, the grip on these is quite good. (The instructions even say you should use water to remove them from your teeth, though I don't). I put them on my teeth and use my fingers to smooth the strips over my teeth and into the little crevices between my teeth. It stays in place for the entire 1-2 hours without shifting. I have not had issues with sensitivity except for when I accidentally left these on too long. If you have sensitive teeth, then you might want to try these for no more 30 minutes to an hour for your first time. You should be able to leave them on for up to two hours if you don't have sensitive teeth. Some people mentioned that these leave white spots on their teeth after whitening. These are completely temporary and are caused by differences in the tooth density (according to the instructions). If you have this issue, I strongly recommend sticking it out and to keep using the strips. Your teeth will get whiter and the white spots go away within a few hours. I was able to see a noticeable whiteness to my teeth after a few uses. One package should enough to get your teeth white. I have bought additional packages for family members and always have at least one on hand for myself so that I can do periodic touch ups. TLDR: These really cannot be beat in terms of price and overall quality. They work extremely well and will noticeably whiten your teeth within just a couple of uses!
