Incompatible or a Copy Cartridge
I installed the cartridge but still the printer prints in black& white.This cartridge doesnt allow any color to print. and has effected the printers overall performance.It looks like they are selling fake HP cartridges.I had installed it for past 1 month and all the time i was thinking it was another issue.But than the repair guy told me the issue and when i re-installed the old cartridge, it printed in color but with light colors as previously.
