The media could not be loaded.  The gel capsules are stuck and have formed a block. It is difficult to separate them due to the fear of piercing the capsules

All the tablets were stuck together in the provided bottle and so even getting the tablets out of the bottle is impossible. So I was trying to seperate each of the tablets. But some tablets were glued together so hard that while pulling them apart the tablet's coating broke and the oil spilled outside which will smell very bad.It was not the case for my first purchase. But now due to the sticking of the tablets it looks like the quality is very poor.
