Bought before and was happy - good quality and right quantity. Have just ordered again now and am sending back. Bags advertised at 16kg and actually only received 13kg so almost a 20% shortfall. I guess they’re relying on it feeling ‘heavy’ and no one checks.

Not kiln dried. Damp & Smoky
This batch was either not kiln dried, or exposed to water/high humidity. Impossible to burn clean, just smolders and smokes no matter what.

This is actually a grill, not firewood
I received a grill, not firewood. Nice to have a new grill, but I needed the firewood to use in my existing bbq.

Bad Smell and A lot of Smoke
It is relatively long lasting but there is too much smoke and a bad smell when you fire that wood. I wouldn't buy it again...
