i like timex products in general, for this specifice model looks incient and primary give you feeling of cowboy outfit, safari, offroads, hunting, something like this, also suitable for leather clothing. i like its style!!

The packaging was smudged and the watch came broken. The indiglo function and the stop watch did not work from the start. Also the battery weakened after a couple of hours. Thoroughly disappointed, it came after 10 days and now again I have to look for another watch. Amazon is loosing quality control on products, they will loose customers like this.

Erg mooi horloge! Ook de verlichte wijzerplaat is heel subtiel en met een druk op de grote knop in het midden te activeren. Levertijd was 2 dagen. Ik vind het handig dat in deze band ik op elke plek het horloge kan vastzetten in plaats van dat de ene stand te klein en de andere stand te groot is. Werd geleverd in een eenvoudig maar stevig doosje en het horloge zat vast op een plastic standaard met tie-wraps. Prima!

for the money, this watch is amazing. this is my first "real" watch other than a few old digital's, way back when (around 2005 was the last one) when I first joined the military. this thing has heft to it. I got the leather band option, as it seems to suit more outfits as an every-day or weekender type watch. a nylon nato strap would be/is awesome, and I may get one, but for now the leather is awesome. I ended up getting the leather, which is genuine, and it was a fair bit cheaper at the time of purchase. overall I only have a few things to criticize. one is the needles don't line up perfectly with the time marks; this is to be expected at this price point. I guess the other is that, they don't make it in an automatic. I really like the layout and function of this watch, but I would like to see this as an entry level auto chrono. unfortunately because I like the chrono models, an auto would be in the upper range where this watch just can't compete. if this could compete with something like a Seiko 5 SNK809; I think it'd blow it out of the water. Now, I understand Quartz is a more "reliable" and "practical" option, and its generally easier/cheaper to make. however the market seems to have a huge opening for budget automatic chronographs -- likely due to price of manufacture in order to get those features. this thing has changed the way i view watches. I used to see them as impractical, as most people just carry their phone around and just use that to tell the time. the thing is, phones have very little personality or bling or fashion or whatever you want to call it. now that i'm wearing a watch, i'm getting complemented or asked about it all the time, even if its only a 50$ time piece. I think a watch needs to strike a balance, between practicality, affordability, and cool-factor; and this watch hits it on the head for me currently, especially at this price point. as with most things fashion wise; get what you like. if it suits your style then just grab it. I don't think you can really go wrong with this.

Looks good. Works OK but the indigo backlight is utterly useless. It lights up but the face is totally unreadable in the dark which kind of defeats the purpose of the main selling point.

This is a long way from being my most expensive watch but it is right up there with being one of the good looking watches and it is a serious chronograph the second hand that runs all the time is at the 6:00 position and the large sweep hand only runs when you are timing something, many have the recorded seconds on one of the sub dials which makes them difficult to read reliably. The watch will time up to 30 minutes to an accuracy of 0.05 seconds. It is a lovely looking watch that is reasonably waterproof and comfortable to wear. The nice leather strap is a bit of luxury and on top of all this, it has a night light for telling the time in the dark. It's a great watch and excellent value for money.
