Absolutely... I made a bunch of Christmas decorations I painted them I put glue and glitter on them I wrote the people's names on them they were awesome could do anything with them

Q: Will a 60mm be big enough to hold a mini nail polish?

I have the 120mm size which is pretty big. I think you would be fine with the 60mm.

Q: Will a tealight LED candle (1inx 2") fit in the 60mm?

the ball is exactly 2 inched in diameter so it might be a tight fit, I do have 70mm balls also
