I’m about to be 45yrs old and my cycle has been out of control for the last 4-5 years, extremely heavy and uncomfortable and my typical 28 day cycle is no longer the norm. I decided to get bloodwork done to check my hormones, as expected they are inconsistent as this is what perimenopause does to our hormones. So, down the rabbit hole I went, I started taking this Vitex, also got wild yam cream (to use on day 7 and on) and I also started intermittent fasting. I’ve immersed myself in books and podcasts (Fast like a Girl, Obesity Code etc) podcasts Dr Tabatha OBgyn and I can absolutely say that these changes have been incredibly positive. I just had my period after 27 days, it was 3 days of regular flow just like I’ve had pre-peri. I’ve lost 10lbs and I feel incredible. I’m now fasting 18-22 hours on average and 44-48 hours 1-2x a week, I give myself grace on weekends but don’t go crazy. I hope this helps other women who don’t know what is going on and conventional medicine may not be enough. Regarding this Vitex though, I believe this is very high quality ingredients and I am glad I made this decision.

I won't lie, I was going to wait at least a couple of months to review, but I have to brag about how effective these are! For background, I wasn't getting a period for consistently for almost a year. My menstrual cycles has been all over the place, and I'll admit I blame it on stress. Anyways, I wanted something to help regulate my cycles and help me overall. I can't say much about how I feel throughout the day, as I haven't noticed much difference yet. I've only taken these for a little over a week and it brought my period back in about 6 days. I didn't expect it to happen so soon! Mind you, I still have many stressor going on and I really didnt think I would even be having a period so soon.

Works great !! I just feel like it made me gain a little weight. easy to swallow, I don’t feel that there’s any taste to it while taking it. Hormones seem to be at normal. In a happier mood.

I honestly cannot recommend this supplement enough for women with PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 4 years ago when we were trying to conceive our daughter, but I'be had symptoms since I was in my teens. I had treated my symptoms with birth control, aldactone, and metformin. Even on those three prescriptions I had sporadic cycles, facial hair, ovulation pain, horribly painful periods, and breakouts. In the last year I have stopped all my meds (except metformin for my insulin resistance) and I've been doing my best treating PCOS with supplements, paleo eating, and Feldenkrais. After I started Feldenkrais I had five months of consistent cycles without birth control for the first time since my teens but my 6th cycle was close to 60 days so I was definitely off track. I had heard of Vitex berry when researching PCOS but I hadn't tried it yet so I decided to give it a try because my skin was the worst that it had been since my teens and my period was MIA. Well, my skin started to improve within 4 days and I thought it was maybe a fluke (even though I was smack dab in the middle of an incredibly stressful time with my husband in the hospital with a severely broken leg, an injured dog at home, and an exuberant 2.5 year old) but within a week of starting this supplement I got my period, and today I am officially a believer because I just realized I have my period. I say realized because I had a 30 day cycle and I have had ZERO of the typical PMS symptoms that make my period awful. Typically I have terrible back pain and cramps that put me in bed on lots of Advil, and bad breakouts and today I went to the bathroom and actually laughed that I have my period. I feel nothing, my skin is mostly clear, and I don't have crazy strong cravings. I am honestly in shock, this is the best period I can imagine having. This stuff is awesome. I am only on my 2nd bottle so I can only imagine how much better this is going to get. Seriously, just try it. I am a Vine reviewer and do often get items to review for free, but Vitex is not one of those items. I bought this myself and I will continue to buy it for as long as I see these incredible results. And anyway, all my reviews are true and unbiased. I can't be bought that easily. 😜

I have been using this for 2 months consistently now. I used to begin spotting right after I ovulated up until a few days before my period. Definitely a killer for romance if I am bleeding 2/3 weeks out of the month. Even if it was a little bit, drove me crazy. After being consistent, I can happily say that after my 2nd month I did NOT bleed after ovulation. It took a bit of 'just keep going' when the 1st month I had break through bleeding again. My estrogen dropped like crazy after I ovulated, hence the break-through bleeding. This has been happening for YEARS. My period is super consistent and all my OBGYN testing came back fine. My body was just having a hard time regulating the drop in estrogen, causing the lining of my uterus to be unstable. This helped me. I am so happy I started using this product
