We have a zoijirushi water heater we inherited from grandma making it...over 15 years since it was ever cleaned? maybe more? There was white caked on mineral deposits covering the ENTIRE water tank... after doing research this is the same stuff in the zojirushi brand water heater cleaners. I did one big duck spoon scoop of this into the carafe 3 times, and it is in like new condition! took off YEARS' worth of buildup after nothing else would work (vinegar, soapy water, baking soda...etc)

OMG, OMG,OMG, I live in Texas near Austin and the lime scale problem in the water is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve been ill and unable to clean daily the way that lime scale is required in this area. I wish I thought to take a picture it was green gray stone covering the inside of the toilet bowl. No amount of bleach or other product removes this particularly when there’s a large build up . Of course the scaling catches deficatory matter that then becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. I ordered this with a plan but I was still not feeling chipper so I poured two of the bags over the inside of the bowl and turned off the water and let them sit and become a paste with the moisture in the bowl. I let this sit for about eight hours. The water was turned on and the bowl was flushed and more than half dissolved and went right down with the flush. The rest appeared unchanged but when I took a toilet brush to it it was softer than toothpaste and washed away with no problem. There were two small spots about the size of a quarter each that did not resolve this treatment a second treatment with the last bag solve the problem the bowl looks like the day it was born.

Just right. I’ve made home made gummy candies. And for the size of this and how strong the flavor. I can make bunch of sweet/sour candy for a long time.

I had to learn to use this properly because it is so so so sour but so good! It taste like the sour crystals they put on candy. I found its perfect adding in my soup with salt because I like a lot of lemon, or when I’m making fajitas. You just gotta find the right ratio otherwise it’s cough-then squinty funny face type of sour

This is great for keeping foods from oxidizing. It's always on hand, unlike lemons that go bad.
