My motion used to be consistent with those having IBS though doctors have ruled that out. i was not happy with my bowel movement. i have tried quite a few probiotics which served no purpose. but this one has helped me restore my gut health. having said that. what works for one may not work for another. you just got to try what works for you. The thing is that this product does have genuine CFU s of probiotic strains.I take this first this in the morning 30 mins before breakfast. found that its even more effective when you eat half ripe banana 15 minutes after taking this probiotic. unripe bananas are rich source of prebiotic fibre and serves as the perfect food for probiotic bacteria.

Please publish or provide Expiry date in the Catalog on any kind of food supplements. So that it would be very clear to the buyer to add the product to the shopping cart.

An ideal probiotic should contain many good strains in good number which this brand have & most don't. But the bacteria don't multiply at good rate which must be artificially engendered so that we have to take 2 tables a day & the day you miss it the probiotic is gone. Other strains that you encounter in life takes the place of this as it multiplies slowly. Very slowly.This is a good business idea but not good for customer. & do not surve my purpose. And makes it very very expensive.But I discovered that it's good for my doughter. She suffer from constipation & nutrition absorption issue & I tried a loot of things buy nothing worked so well. By accident I discovered that this one worked on her problem so well. So I am buying it for now.I am a microbiologist & know many ways of getting probiotic but don't have time for that & was looking for easy way out...What makes it expensive is the fact that I got 6 members in family. I know that I need a number of supplements for good health & as we age. Now I want to set a budget of 5k on supplements for my family but if each thing cost 500Rs. for each person then it can't fit in my budget. This manufacturers should think about it.

Amazing product. I was suffering severe indigestion and stomach ulcer, irritating bowel.. could sense the result in just two days of this tablet twice daily combined with proper diet. I had high hopes for this one. As a product and a Brand.1) white powder inside capsule. ( In the questions answered it is different.)2) not delayed capsule as it dissolved in water instantly.3) MAIN CONCERN - The powder does not dissolve in milk and it does not curdle - tried batches of 1 capsule, 2 capsule, 3 capsule, 4 capsules, and 5 capsules.4) Called the concerned number. Told me to WhatsApp. I whatsapped and told me will forward my concern to the relevant dept. I had to follow up, said they would resolve again. Followed up again, said it's Saturday so no resolutions can be done.Final verdict - I am tired of Indian companies doing this - coz of companies like these it's hard to trust others.A suggestion for who wants to go for companies like these - check if it's USDA + FDA approved. These brands really don't care besides their profit margins.
