Was unsure when ordered if this would actually but fit and worked perfectly

I am moved to write this review for two reasons. (1) The battery works great, as Ihad hoped it would. When considering to buy, I observed mostly favorable reviewswith one or two exceptions. I realized from past experiences that a few bad experienceswill occur not because of a product but because of improper installation, etc.. So I orderedthe product and couldn't be more pleased. (2) Furthermore, I am so moved by the fact thatthis product was ordered on September 16, and it arrived on September 19, incredible.So this is very much a "thank you to Amazon" also for the great Customer Service provided ingetting this much-needed product into my hands ASAP. My security system was down and Ineeded this product like, Yesterday. Thanks Amazon!.

I bought this battery as a replacement for the battery in my home security system. I've had the system in place for 8 years with the original battery and then the system said "Battery Low". I called the security company and there battery was very expensive and advised me to shop on Amazon. I did and purchased this battery and installed it immediately upon receipt. Two weeks ago while vacationing in FL I received a text notice "Battery Low". I had my daughter check it out and the system was completely dead.This battery didn't last 5 months. I'm totally disappointed and would like my money back.

I received this battery on October 1st, installed it into my Vivint alarm system control panel and as of yesterday November 10th, it has died. The original battery that I was replacing lasted well over 5 years. What a waste of money this battery was. Needless to say I won't be making any future purchases from this seller (Henzens). And of course the time frame for returns ended on November 1st. I would choose zero stars if that was an option.
