I used this UniBond Anti-Mould Sealant in my bathroom a while ago, and I’ve had no issues with it since. It applies smoothly, seals perfectly, and provides a durable waterproof finish around the bath and sink areas. Mould does occasionally reappear around the seal over time, but I can’t fault the sealant itself for that — it’s more down to the general bathroom environment. Overall, it’s a high-quality, easy-to-use product that delivers excellent results and lasting protection. I’d definitely use it again for future bathroom or kitchen projects.

Really happy with this sealant. Easy to use, sticks well, and seems to actually stop mould coming back. Makes cleaning around the bath and sink a lot easier.

I used this UniBond Anti-Mould sealant to re-do the seal around my bath, and the results are excellent. It's a high-quality white silicone sealant that is easy to tool into a smooth, professional-looking bead. After curing, it forms a tough, flexible, and completely waterproof barrier. I've used this brand before, and the mould protection is genuinely effective and long-lasting, even in our steamy bathroom. The one crucial piece of advice is to ensure you have excellent ventilation during application. The acetic acid (vinegar) smell while it cures is incredibly strong. We had the window wide open and the extractor fan running for several hours. This is typical for a good quality sealant, but it's something first-time users need to be prepared for. As long as you prepare your surfaces properly and air the room out, you'll be left with a brilliant, durable finish.
