In all kinds of grain salads, on avocado, carrot salads, shrimp, roast pork marinade et alia,. They add zest to cold soups too.

Wow!
At first I wasn't sure how to use this, then it hit me-- 3 parts fig vinegar to one part nut oil and one part sweet potato nectar, to make the best salad dressing of all time. Just great!
