Q: It says the daily serving size is 3grams. what does that equate to in spoon size measurements? is that 1 teaspoon? half a teaspoon? anyone know?

The seller's answer doesn't make sense. 3 grams CANNOT be 2 teaspoons no matter what the specific gravity of this powder is (it cannot be much heavier than, e.g. flour, sugar or similar). Therefore, my educated guess is that 3 grams of this powder would probably be only one teaspoon. If you have sensitive scale it would be easy to confirm. On another note, I've been buying some other products from ECO-TASTE and they always include a little plastic spoon which correlates with the recommended serving size.
