Expected better quality
This is my second purchase. First one lasted in summer heat for about 1.5 years, outdoor. So ordered the same. But disappointed with quality. Its a bit stiff and could easily break.

This product arrived exactly as shown in the pictures. To get the fullness you see in their examples you will need multiple strands put together. I have read that it had a smell when opened but I didn’t notice anything crazy. I did let them soak as soon as I opened it though so maybe that helped.
