Melts easily and hardens with smooth top as well. Very easy to work with for my first time. Easy to follow instructions on the front of the bag

Damaged bag and some had melted
When I received the wax it was stuffed in my mailbox and the bag had busted open and a lot of the wax had melted. Should have brought it to the door instead of putting it in mailbox. It was 95 degrees
