Simple and easy to assemble
Can I just say this garland had it all that I needed it took me a while to get it all together but it came out better then I thought. I was very happy with the product and the price. The quality of the balloons were even better then party city balloons, so that made me even happier because it kept together all day. Just an advice when putting the balloons in the string put tape on the hole so it won’t slip out when adding the other balloons.
