I’ve had this rod for about a year now, so I think I’m qualified to write a review.This rod has seen fresh and saltwater (from land and kayak). I’ve caught flounder, mullet, croaker, red drum, speck trout, bass, and blue gill on this rod. Never once have had a breakage or any issues with the rod. An occasional hard hook set may ever so slightly spin the eyes (rod sections), but you can literally just turn it right back.Overall very impressed with the durability and portability! Would recommend fully.
