You will be able to unlock ur door from app, bluetooth, password, otp, fingerprint... And one more way that makes your lock premium look is Remotely... You can acces your lock anywhere from The Globe Remotely... Just need is to connect your gateway from anytime unlimited internet and the lock will unlock with remotely or generate virtual otp or set mannual password anywhere by app and it will be updated through gateway. You will have the question that why we will open it from outside or far away i will explain you It provides convinience to open your door from terrace or anywhere from house or imagine any of your relatives came to your house and you are not there. You can unlock the door and ask him to sit for a while and you arrive. Its very convinient. The app is most secure and cant be connected by anyother device untill unless admin gives the permission and generate the ekey for the user. The app can be regestered by mobile number and otp or else can be registered by email and password. Both are convinient. Need one time login and it stay connected. I give 5/5 stars for build quality, access and features... Its very easy to register the product for warrenty. They provide u barcode and after scanning the barcode u can fill the warrenty form. And then its all done.

The Smart Lock is good. I really like the old model. Customer service was good and I recommend the product.I bought 1 a few years ago and it was good but expensive. It broke and because it is so large and we had to cut Multiple holes in the door I needed another large one to cover the spot I bought another 1 from the same company the style was the Wi-Fi style and they didn't have any others of the older style. The app is different from the 1st one that was disturing to process. The apps are not intuitive and you cannot load fingerprints from the app. Everything is manual inputs from the doorknob which is different than the previous model. The Wi-Fi unlock static password and anything else didn't work well. Sorry for this now. But they are replying to some Whatsapp messages and willing to take more money for repairs of the old one. In summary I'm very dissatisfied with the way this app and doorknob works compared to the previous Bluetooth model and being Wi-Fi it should work on Wi-Fi. I bought many others and some from bigger brands are more simple and easier to use and more reliable.For an update.The customer service was good add replying to messages and help me through the problem. They fixed and helped me with the old product and refunded the new one. Their customer service was very helpful at resolving the issues even before they saw my discouraged feedback. I love the product and would buy more when the blue tooth model is available.

This is a very good product. I have been using it for about a week and there are no issues at all. So many ways to open, and the fingerprint stuff is so quick and accurate. Keep in mind its a heavy lock so please make sure you have the right door thickness.
