Q: Do these shocks require a separate strut bumper or does it already come with one installed?

It comes with the bumper inside the blue boot. If you don’t need the spring or the upper mount, then you won’t need to order anything else other than this.

Q: Is this all you would need parts wise when replacing stock oem front shock absorber? Or do you need to by shock mounts as well?

Amazon is listing this as a rear shock absorber. This is a front strut for the Chevy Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Isuzu Ascender etc. You will need to take the following parts off of the truck and transfer over to this strut: Spring, Upper Strut plate, and lower mount.

Q: if you replace the complete strut assembly do you need a coil spring compressor?

Yes, you will need a coil spring compressor to install these. You could borrow one from autozone or discount auto parts at no cost. They only ask for a deposit to make sure you return the borrowed tool. Compressing the coils/springs could be very dangerous, so unless you have prior experience doing it or feel really confident doing it, I'd suggest having a mechanic do it for you. Other than that, you will love the way these shocks/struts make your truck feel and the amount of wheel contact that they keep even in bad roads.

Pretty sure its for one. Make sure you replace the strut mounts too.
