Q: does the 1108 bleeder come with the catch bottle and proper fitting tubing for GM?

No, the catch bottle will have to be purchased separately. The 1108 bleeder comes with the main supply bottle in the pic with an attachment cap that screws onto the brake fluid reservoir and two rubber gaskets that are for the cap.
